The ssdtools package uses Maximum Likelihood to fit distributions such as the gamma, log-logistic, log-normal and log-normal log-normal mixture. Multiple distributions can be averaged using Akaike Information Criteria. Confidence intervals on hazard concentrations and proportions are produced by parametric bootstrapping. authors: - family-names: Thorley given-names: Joe email: joe@poissonconsulting.ca orcid: https://orcid.org/0000-0002-7683-4592 - family-names: Fisher given-names: Rebecca email: R.Fisher@aims.gov.au - family-names: Fox given-names: David email: david.fox@environmetrics.net.au - family-names: Schwarz given-names: Carl repository: https://bcgov.r-universe.dev repository-code: https://github.com/bcgov/ssdtools commit: db06fa84504124323c6e6de7140e473152b8342b url: https://bcgov.github.io/ssdtools/ contact: - family-names: Thorley given-names: Joe email: joe@poissonconsulting.ca orcid: https://orcid.org/0000-0002-7683-4592
